Kanuuna payments: the money in, the money out, and what it costs

Start playing

Kanuuna runs deposits and withdrawals through Zimpler's Pay N Play infrastructure alongside traditional banking rails and card networks. Funding an account takes seconds; getting paid follows a slower route tied to the method and the operator's own processing queue. Withdrawal limits sit at 4,000 EUR per day, and the minimum deposit to start playing is 20 EUR.

The money in

We accept six deposit routes. Zimpler handles instant Pay N Play deposits that skip traditional registration. Four Nordic banks process direct transfers: Nordea, Danske Bank, SEB Bank and Swedbank. Visa and Mastercard both work for funding.

Every deposit clears immediately. The minimum is 20 EUR across all methods. There is no published ceiling on a single deposit, and we state no fees for funding an account.

Method Minimum deposit Processing time
Zimpler (Pay N Play) 20 EUR Instant
Nordea / Danske Bank / SEB Bank / Swedbank 20 EUR Instant
Visa / Mastercard 20 EUR Instant

Zimpler connects directly to your bank and completes both deposit and account setup in a single action. You authenticate once through your bank's own login; the operator receives confirmation and releases your balance without holding sensitive card data. The four named Nordic banks work the same way for direct bank transfers.

The money out, and how long that really takes

Withdrawals return through Zimpler for Pay N Play accounts, clearing anywhere from instantly to 24 hours. Traditional bank transfers take longer: 1 to 5 business days from the moment we approve the request.

The daily withdrawal cap is 4,000 EUR. Request more than that in one go and the excess rolls to the next day. We do not publish a minimum withdrawal amount, and the operator states no fee for cashing out — though your own bank may impose receiving charges on international transfers.

Approval happens first. Our finance team checks the request against your verified identity and clears it for payment. That step can take a few hours or stretch into the next working day when the queue is long or the request lands outside business hours. Once approved, the route decides the rest: Pay N Play and Zimpler move money the same day, often within minutes. Bank transfers enter the correspondent-banking system and take as many as five days to reach your account, longer if a weekend interrupts the chain.

Your first withdrawal will not clear until verification completes. We ask for proof of identity before releasing any payout, and the documents take time to review. Factor that into the wait when you plan your first cashout.

Withdrawal steps

  1. Log in and open the cashier or account section.
  2. Select Withdrawal and choose the method — Zimpler for Pay N Play, bank transfer for traditional accounts.
  3. Enter the amount, keeping it at or below the 4,000 EUR daily limit.
  4. Confirm the request. If this is your first withdrawal, upload your verification documents before the payment can proceed.
  5. Wait for approval. The operator reviews the request, checks your documents if needed, and releases the payout.
  6. The money arrives according to the method: instant to 24 hours for Zimpler, 1–5 business days for bank transfers.

What the operator charges

We publish no withdrawal fees. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR; we state no minimum for cashing out. The daily cap is 4,000 EUR, resetting at midnight UTC. Request more in a single day and the system holds the excess until the limit renews.

Currency is EUR only. Depositing or withdrawing in another currency forces a conversion at your bank's or card network's rate, and those conversions carry their own fees — typically one to three per cent of the amount. We hold balances in euros, so playing in another currency means converting twice: once on the way in, again on the way out.

Dormant-account charges and monthly maintenance fees are not mentioned in the terms we publish. If such a fee exists, the operator has not disclosed it.

The ceilings nobody mentions until you hit one

The 4,000 EUR daily withdrawal limit is the ceiling that matters. Win more than that in one session and cashing it all out takes multiple days. A 12,000 EUR balance needs three days to withdraw in full, assuming you request the maximum each day and approval never stalls.

No monthly or weekly cap is stated. The daily limit is the only published restriction, but the operator reserves the right to impose additional checks on large or unusual payouts. A withdrawal significantly above your normal play may trigger a review, and that review adds time.

Currency conversion acts as a second, hidden ceiling. Banks and card networks take a margin on the exchange rate, and international transfers often carry flat fees of ten to thirty euros. A small payout in a non-EUR currency can lose ten per cent of its value to fees and spread before it reaches your account.

Proving who you are

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal. We ask for a government-issued photo ID — passport, driving licence or national identity card — and proof of address dated within the last three months. A utility bill, bank statement or council tax notice serves for the address proof.

Upload both documents through the account section or email them to our support team. The review takes anywhere from a few hours to two business days. Your withdrawal request sits in pending status until the check completes, so submit the documents as soon as you open an account rather than waiting until you want to cash out.

Pay N Play accounts skip some of this. Zimpler's bank authentication confirms your identity at the point of deposit, so the operator already knows who you are. A first withdrawal may still require a second document — usually proof of address — but the process is shorter than for traditional signups.

Additional checks apply to withdrawals above certain thresholds or where play patterns look unusual. The operator does not publish those thresholds, and the request comes without warning. Co-operate quickly: a delayed response can hold your payout for days.

When a payout is late or refused

Withdrawals stall for predictable reasons. Verification is the most common: we cannot release money to an unverified account, and incomplete or expired documents hold the queue until you submit acceptable ones. Bonus terms are the second: an active bonus with unmet wagering locks your balance until you clear the requirement or forfeit the bonus.

Technical holds happen when a withdrawal amount exceeds your verified deposit history by a wide margin, or when the payout method does not match the funding method. Some operators require you to withdraw through the same route you deposited by, and a mismatch triggers a manual review.

If a payout is overdue, contact our support team with the transaction date, the amount, and the method you requested. Live chat and email are both available; response times vary but email typically answers within 24 hours. The support team can see where the request sits in the queue and whether additional documents are needed. They cannot override the daily limit or speed up a bank transfer already in the clearing system, but they can confirm that the operator has released the funds.
